Short Bio:
I write, I hoop and I persevere.
Long Story:
After graduating college, I snuck into my favorite ad agency with a business card. The card included a link to an embarrassing portfolio. Sadly, but understandably so, they didn’t accept my card and asked me to leave. I was glum. I couldn’t break into advertising, so I did what I always do to clear my mind: shoot some hoops. Soon after, I developed a plan.
I worked at Stan’s Sports Bar and Doc Holliday’s every weekend of Summer ‘16. After months of lifting kegs and beer boxes in sweat stained tees, I saved enough money for Miami Ad School.
Now, I can proudly say I’m a copywriter who spent the last eight years creating for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Gatorade, Jordan Brand, Hennessy, Meta, Samsung and more.
P.S. When I’m not at my desk you can catch me hooping at a local NYC basketball court. 🏀
